One of the best practices used by Indian tribes to strengthen their bonds with one another is field immersion. It is only feasible because of the fundamental idea of ACCEPTANCE. The community development practice concept emphasizes mutual acceptance, cultural competency, and cultural humility. It provides a broad explanation of the local principle and how it should be valued.
One of the best approaches is field immersion, which involves a practitioner living in or adopting a community for some time, learning about its customs, culture, and best practices. They also analyze the needs and problems of the community, prioritizing them, and working to find solutions. Through this approach, the practitioner can more easily understand the opportunities, resources, challenges, strengths, and weaknesses of the community through various assessments, as well as try to facilitate their welfare.it, through this practice the practitioner easily understands the challenges, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, resources, and core problems through various assessments and also tries to Facilitate them to welfare and also to provide an intervention in a holistic manner. Apart from our vision, it enables people to Decide the Intervention for their community, It promotes Local ownership, Community Empowerment, Active Participation, and Inclusiveness.
