Supported by Zivo Publishing, the Journal of Ubuntu/Nyingi waUbuntu provides a platform for the publishing of high quality articles on all aspects of Ubuntu philosophy and all levels of Ubuntu which are:

- Community (ujamaa)
- Society (ujamii)
- Environment (imvelo)
- Spiritual (uroho)
The journal takes an interdisciplinary approach.

The journal has started publishing in-depth, well researched articles which could be results of primary data collection or reviews. These include family, community and individual experiences of Ubuntu.
Authors are getting help to deepen their methods, discussion and to simplify implications for a global audience.
Nyingi waUbuntu is new but is ready to address the current gap that has left vast Africa acknowledges out of academia.
There are no fees for publishing in the journal, however, there is a small fee to access published articles.
