A philosophy that also promotes balanced and sustained relationships with all relations including people of other cultures, the environment and the living and non-living. This design is credited to Nabudere (2011). According to Nabudere, no one culture has right to knowledge production – amagesi sigomu. This means western knowledge is not superior to all other knowledge. Colonisation resulted in devaluation of African knowledge, and this devaluation continues today.
