How to apply for a Certificate

Go to www.africasocialwork.net

In the top menu select Certificates button

When you open the page, on the table of contents, Choose Certificate Request Form

Enter your details on the form

On section 4 of the form choose appropriate option eg

• 17. Day of the African Child Conference of Students (DACCS) attendee or participant  
• 18. Day of the African Child Conference of Students (DACCS) presenter, guest or organiser

Submit

You will receive a confirmation on the screen and via email.

Your certificate will be emailed, it can take up to 2 weeks.
